- Larry Roy Lambert, 55, of Bangor, fought a courageous battle with kidney cancer but is now at peace. Larry died May 1, 2017, at his home in Bangor.
Larry graduated from Bangor High School class of 1981. He worked as a roofer for many years with various family members, including his father.
Larry is survived by his mother, Winifred Lambert of Bangor, two brothers, Marvin Lambert of Glenburn, Donald Lambert Jr. of Bangor, and his sister, Dawn West of Levant. He is also survived by his three children, Joshua Masters of Bangor, Justin Masters of Levant, and Nichole McGouldrick of Rhode Island, along with many grandchildren. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Jessica Lambert in 1983 and his father, Donald Lambert Sr. in 2009.
Larry had many close cousins and great friends, including his girlfriend, Elizabeth Craig of Bangor who stood by his side until the very end. Larry loved Elizabeth for many years.
Larry, as everyone knew, loved his Patriots and Red Sox. He also loved basketball and enjoyed hanging out with his friends. He was very much an outdoor guy and had many beautiful gardens.
Larry, as he always said he would, went to be with his dad Donald and his beloved daughter, Jessica.
Now Larry can fly high with the angels and never be forgotten. Liz and Larry's family would like to thank hospice, especially Stacey, for their outstanding care. Per Larry's request, there will be no service.
