PALMYRA - Kenneth Dean Duplisea, 53, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2016. He was born in Dexter on March 8, 1963, the son of Leroy and Theodora "Dody" Duplisea.
Kenneth knew the importance of family and loved them all with such depths that it spilled over onto friends and acquaintances. No one was a stranger, but a friend he simply hadn't gotten to know yet. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding ATV's and snowmobiles. Being surrounded by nature always made him happy, especially when he was sharing his love and appreciation with others. He cherished every moment, great and small, prompting us all to do the same.
He is survived by his former wife, Tina Kelly, mother of his two children; and children, Brian Duplisea and Rita Jeskey and her husband, Garrett. He also leaves behind his fiancee, Linda Landry; her two children, Kayla and Drew; his parents, Leroy and Dody Duplisea; two brothers, David and his wife, Kimberly Duplisea, and Allen Duplisea and his fiancee, Tootsie Macdonald; his grandchildren, Autumn and Ellie; and several nieces and nephews, Ashley Goodman-Joslin, Alicia Joslin, Christopher Duplisea and Joanie Guthzeit.
There will be a celebration of life at the Palmyra Community Center, 4 Madawaska Road, held on Saturday, March 26, 2016, from 2 to 5 p.m. for all friends and family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made at www.gofundme.com/kennethduplisea. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on the obituary page at www.khrfuneralhomes.com.
