Fort Fairfield - John T. Clark, Sr., 71, passed away Friday evening, January 20, 2017, at a Presque Isle healthcare facility, following an extended illness. He was born November 10, 1945, in Fort Fairfield, the son of Samuel M. Sr. and Freda M. (Payne) Clark. He was a graduate of the Fort Fairfield High School, Class of 1963. He served in the Maine Army National Guard for a period of time, worked for Converse Rubber, Presque Isle for a number of years, and also worked in other industries both in Maine and Florida.
He was a proud member of the National Rifle Association, and was a kind man who loved his life, his family and his country.
