Jeremy's Story

OLD TOWN - Jeremy Hoxie, 25, died unexpectedly April 20, 2015. He was born April 10, 1990 in Bangor.

Jeremy loved to please people, was very artistic, had a strong faith, and a passion for the outdoors. He loved to fish and knew every constellation in the sky. He loved children and dogs.

He is survived by his mother Bette Hoxie of Old Town; grandmother Virginia Garceau, siblings Christopher Hoxie Sr. and his wife Karen, Tiffany Leonard and her husband John, Joshua Hoxie and his wife Steph, Joseph Hoxie Sr. and his wife PJ, Jacob Hoxie and his significant other Ashley, Jennifer Thompson, Kimberly Thompson, James Hoxie, Jordan Hoxie, Joe-Joe Hoxie, April Placchetti and her husband Michael, Jon Fiske and his wife Sherri, Brandy Bishop, Erika Hoxie, Randy Henderson, Grace Paradise, Camille Paradise, Davey, Amber, Wayne, and Nick, companion Tara Gammon and her son Ayden, biological mother Candace, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his adoptive father Joseph Hoxie, biological father Edgar Paradis, sister Stephanie Hoxie, and nephews Jacob and Austin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM Monday at Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord, Holy Family Church, 429 Main St Old Town. Burial will be later in the spring at St. Joseph Cemetery. Immediately following the mass, all are invited to the Parish Hall for a light luncheon and continued fellowship.
