BANGOR - Jason Chabot, "Gone Too Soon", August 12, 1988 to April 24, 2015
Jason Chabot, 26, of Bangor chose to leave this world much sooner than those of us who knew and loved him would have wished; but he made the choice to leave us on his terms.
An extremely intelligent, gifted young man, Jason was funny and could be quite a prankster. He usually had a big smile on his face. Jason liked to be right and was not afraid to let you know that he always was!
Jason was an avid sports fan and a great athlete. He loved the NY Yankees most of all. He graduated from PVHS in 2006 where he participated in soccer, tennis, basketball, and baseball.
Those of us who knew and loved Jason will not forget his fun loving ways, his beautiful big blue eyes, and that big smile of his that could light up a room, along with his uncanny ability to prove himself correct in every debate.
Jason is survived by his loving and devoted parents James and Barbara Seeley of Howland along with special brothers Blaine Marston, Jeremy Hallett, Joseph, Joshua, Bryce and Braydon Seeley. He leaves behind several other siblings, a special nephew, Tyler Marston, a special sister Bethany whom he loved very much, and Grandmother, Muriel Grover. Early life siblings include Jeremy and Daniella Chabot and a special Aunt Laurie, his bio grandmother Honey, and his birth mother, Rhonda. Special friends left behind include, Shawn and Joe, along with many other family members and special friends too numerous to name.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April, 30, at the Howland Baptist Church with Pastor Dale Chasse officiating. A gathering to share memories of Jason will follow the service in the fellowship hall at the church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the PVHS baseball team. There will be a basket available at the church for your cards and gifts.
