MILO - Helen M. Fisher, 91, wife of the late Stanley Fisher, passed away December 6, 2015, at Woodlands Senior Living in Brewer. She was born March 14, 1924, in Lee, the daughter of Lee Durwood and Ethel Mae (Thurlow) Delano.
She is survived by two sons, Glenwood Hatch, Jr. and his wife, Joey, of San Diego, CA, and Danny L. Hatch and his wife, Mary Louise, of Bangor; four grandchildren, Scott J. Hatch and his wife, Kristy, of Fairfax County, VA, Debra L. Bell and her husband, William, of Herman, Tommy Hatch and his wife, Linda, of Eureka, CA, and Terry Hatch and his wife, Crystal, of Colorado; a sister, Jean Grant and her husband, Harold, of Bangor; 6 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Stanley; two sisters, Olive Maxine (Delano) Warren and Marion E. (Delano) Salisbury; two brothers, Dean Delano and Raymond Delano; two brothers-in-law, Phillip Warren and Roy S. Salisbury; two grandchildren, Timothy Hatch and Mary Hatch.
A memorial service will be conducted 11am, Friday, December 11, 2015, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with Pastor Phil McLaughlin officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Association, Maine Chapter, 383 US Route One, Suite 2C, Scarborough 04074. Burial will be in the family lot in Evergreen Cemetery.
