GREENVILLE - Frederick A. Canders, 64, died September 30, 2015, at his home in Greenville. He was born in Greenville, June 9, 1951, the son of Anna (Canders) Stafford.
Fred worked all of his life in the woods, and enjoyed hunting and fishing in the local area.
He is survived by a son, Jason Canders and his wife, Elizabeth, of Greenville; a daughter, Rebecca Gunnells and her husband, Tony, of Monmouth; 2 brothers, Frank Stafford and his wife, Roxanna, of Westbrook and Jeffrey Stafford and his wife, Kathleen, of Greenville; 2 sisters, Polly Sherman and her husband, Eric, and Natalie Stafford and her companion, Ron Leclair, all of Greenville; 3 grandchildren, Joshua, Kyle and Bristol; several nieces and a nephew; and his best friend, Rinda Hanson of Greenville.
