Dwight's Story

GLENBURN & BREWER - Dwight W. Bragdon Sr. died peacefully on April 3, 2015 at the Brewer Rehab & Living Center. Dwight had been living at the Woodlands in Brewer for the last several months. Dwight was born in Aroostook County on April 23, 1929 the son of Walter and Estella (Keagan) Bragdon. He went to school in Easton and had resided in Corinth, Holden, Annville, PA & Glenburn. Dwight was a truck-driver for most of his working career and also worked as a security guard at Eastern Fine Paper. Dwight was a life member of the Corinth Volunteer Fire Department and an avid Boston Celtics Fan. Dwight is survived by his five children and their spouses, two step-sons & a step-daughter-in law, several grandchildren & great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Dwight was predeceased by his wife Liona in November of 2012, a brother Clayton Sr. and sisters Hilda Stevens & Dorothy Wakem. There will be no services and a private internment will be held in the summer.
