Donna's Story

MACWAHOC - Donna (York) Cottle, 78, was reunited with her husband, Eugene Cottle April 21, 2016. She was born August 11, 1937, in Medway, where she grew up.

Donna was a longtime cook at Googan's and Kronholms Restaurant and worked for several years at Maryannes Market, in Medway. Donna was an avid gardener and proud of her flowers. She enjoyed rides and talking with her many friends and realtives. She will be sadly missed by all.

She is survived by her three sons, Earl and Heather, of Millinocket, George, of Macwahoc and Harry and Charlene, of Molunkus; three daughters, Darlene and Ronnie, of Molunkus, Judy and Andrew, of Washburn and Maryetta and Clarence, of Medway; two step-daughters, Kathy and Kenny, and Suazanne and David; three sisters, Patricia and Evangeline, of East Millinocket, and Elvira, of Pennsylvania; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene; husband, Everett; brother, Tarzan; a sister, Flora Cramp; and her parents, Flora "Maizie" and George "Willie."

Friends may visit with her family from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln, where a memorial service will be held at 2 pm. Interment will be in Grindstone Rd Cemetery, Medway, at a later date. A gathering will be held after the service at Eugene Grass' residence, 565 Medway Rd., Molunkus.
