LUBEC - Danielle Dyan Moores, 28, was taken from us way too soon on November 2, 2014 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born in Machias May 5, 1986 the daughter of Wayne and Millie (Mundell) Moores.
She attended Lubec schools where she enjoyed playing sports. She was a "Tomboy" loving to do everthing outdoors. She enjoyed spending time on the water, fishing, target practicing, and was very mechanically inclined. She will be remebered for her quick wit and her "Smarty Pants" attitude. She had a contagious smile that would light up a room, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Matt Moores; her son and best friend Ethan; a brother Adam and his wife Nicole; two sisters Natasha Robinson and husband Chris , and Erica Parker and husband Henri; her parents Wayne and Millie Moores; grandmother Mildred Masingill; "Papa Ben" father-in-law Cecil Moores and partner Barbara Sellitto ; mother-in-law Reba (Mahar ) Dineen and husband Patrick; several aunts , uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many many friends.
She was predeceased by an infant son Waylon.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11am until 12:30 pm Saturday Nov. 8, 2014 at the Lubec American Legion, followed by a 1 p.m. graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery, Lubec. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.mcclurefamilyfuneral.com
