- Carole "Donna" Ammerman, 70, wife of the late Edward Ammerman, died Sept. 16, 2016 after a long illness. She was born June 4, 1946 in Bangor, the daughter of William C. and Dorothy M. (King) Wilson.
Surviving are her companion of many years, Jean Paul Albert of Orono; five children, Ricky J. Wilson of Plymouth, William C. DeRoche and his wife, Kate Porokh of Manassis, VA, Lynn Marie Campbell and her husband, Brent of Bangor, Troy A. DeRoche and his wife, Stephanie of Levant and Lawrence J. Burgess and his girfriend, Heather Lint of Old Town; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Merton Wilson and his wife, Jane of Glenburn, Regina Bryant and her husband, Larry of Toledo, OH, Linda Robinson of Brewer and Russell Wilson and his wife, Daisy of Brewer; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers and sisters, Connie-Jo Brooks Kushmerek, Irving and Richard Wilson. She will be missed by her dog, Midnight and her cat, Molly.
Family and friends may visit 5 - 7 PM Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer where a service to honor her life will be held at 7 PM as the vistation concludes with Rev. Carl Schreiber, pastor of the East Orrington Congregational Church, presiding. Burial will be at a later date at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer.
