CORINNA AND GIRARD, GEORGIA - Carline F. Winslow, 74, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Burke Medical Center in Waynesboro, Georgia.
She was a native of Portland, longtime resident of Corinna, and a resident of Girard, Georgia for the past nine years. She was co-owner along with her husband of Dave's Variety Store in Corinna for 18 years. She worked with Meals for Me, currently Meals on Wheels for many years, and was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Girard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Carl Cloudman and her sister, Darlene Millett and husband, Jim.
Surviving are her husband, Dave B. Winslow of Girard; her sons, Dave B. Winslow, Jr. and wife, Carlene of Pittsfield, and Donald L. Winslow and wife, Robin of Corinna; her sister, Pauline Robinson; and her grandchildren, Devin and Alexis Winslow, Jacob and Jenna Winslow and Sierra Sinclair.
A Memorial Service will be held 6 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2014, at Bethany United Methodist Church with the Reverend Tom Tidwell officiating.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Bethany United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 59, Girard, Ga. 30426.
