CROMWELL - Carlene (Adams) Ginter, 75, of Cromwell, passed away into the arms of her and our Lord on December 5, 2014. She was the oldest daughter of the late Carl and Marion (Fowler) Adams of Oakfield, ME.
Carlene was a member of the Third Congregational Church of Middletown and active in organizations associated with handicapped citizens.
She was particularly proud of her accomplishments at the Burritt Savings Bank, having risen from teller to branch manager quickly.
Carlene is survived by her husband, Bill Ginter; two sons, Michael Blake and his wife, Heidi and Morris Blake; two grandchildren, Jason Blake and Elizabeth Blake and her partner, Joshua
Putnam and her cherished great grandson, Joshua Putnam. She is also survived by numerous Ginter children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as several sisters and brothers, most notably Joan and her husband, Hiram White.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 13th Church of Middletown at 9:30 am at Third Congregationalon 94 Miner Street, with the Rev. Norm Erlendson officiating. Burial will follow in Miner Cemetery. May she rest in eternal peace.
