MILBRIDGE - Bill W. Pinkham, 68, went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2016. He was the born June 8, 1947 in Harrington, ME the son of Alana and Woodrow Pinkham.
Bill was a unique man with his own niche in life. He graduated school at Sumner Memorial High in 1966. Bill worked as a clam digger and a lobster fisherman for many years. His favorite place to be was near the ocean.
In the last eight years Bill struggled with many illnesses, which caused him to be in and out of the hospital frequently. Despite his health issues, Bill spent endless hours with his mother, Alana, and his dog, Sandy. He and Sandy walked daily to the Nursing Home and other businesses in Milbridge. He enjoyed the walk and chatted with friends. Bill smiled proudly whenever anyone spoke to Sandy or gave her loving attention.
Bill is survived by his mother, Alana Pinkham; two sisters, Linda and her husband, Skip Murphy, Terry and her husband Barry Willey; two sons, Bill W. Pinkham Jr. and Christopher L. Pinkham; two granddaughters, Breonna and Raven Caler; three nieces and very special great nieces and great nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Woodrow W. Pinkham, and one son, Forrest W. P. Caler.

By request, a private family gathering to celebrate and honor Bill's life will be held in August at Terry and Barry Willey's home. A final destination of Bill's choice will be with his dog, Sandy.
