KENDUSKEAG - Alden K Partridge Sr, 80, passed on to his heavenly home the evening of his eightieth birthday with his loving family by his side. He was born May 28, 1935, in Kenduskeag, the son of Martin and Dora Partridge.
Alden was known by many for the resale shop he ran for several years in Kenduskeag. He was passionate about going to yard sales and tinkering on lawn mowers, and loved to get a good bargain.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by six brothers, Everett, Donald, Merle, Edwin, Roland and Leonard, four sisters, Carline Partridge, Irma Peirce, Sylvia Lanphear, and Dorothy Beaudoin, and many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Joyce (Field) Partridge, his sister, Eunice Ames and her husband, Lloyd, of Kenduskeag, his brother, Richard Partridge and wife, Harriett, of Zephyrhills, FL, his sister-in-law, Laura Leonard and her partner John Ogden, of Bangor, his sons Alden Partridge Jr and his partner Karen Shaw, of Kenduskeag, Eugene Partridge and his wife, Rosana, of Zephyrhills, FL, daughters Carrie Miller, of Bangor, and Brenda Goodridge and her husband, Curtis, of Hudson, ten grandchildren, Alden Partridge lll and his partner, Brianne Gould, Stephanie Coffey and husband, Daniel, Matthew Partridge and wife, Shirley, Timothy Partridge, Stephanie Martins, Kevin Miller Jr and wife, April, Renea Miller and partner, Hairo Castro, Rebecka Miller, Rachel Laprell and husband, Ryan, Stacy Dinardo and husband, Dominic, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are welcome to come at 2PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at the Kenduskeag Union Church, 826 Kenduskeag Levant Rd, Kenduskeag, where a funeral service will be held with Pastor Steve Nute, officiating. Immediately following will be a gathering for family and friends at the church.
