I was sad to learn this news. Shauna was such a lovely, gentle soul, a talented artist and patient, encouraging teacher. I was privileged to have taken a class Shauna taught and will remember just how intricate her designs and how skillful she was. So very sorry for her family.

My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I worked with Shauna at the library for a few years and she made it and the world a better place. She was the most incredible and inspiring person I have ever met. Her strength and spirit will never be forgotten. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

My deepest sympathy goes out to your entire family and friends. Death is the greatest “enemy”. I hope you can find Comfort from the God who guarantees that such “enemy” is to be “brought to nothing”.- 1 Corinthians 15:26.

James, Jordan and all of your family, please accept our deepest condolences. We remember Shauna fondly as our Montessori Music/Theater teacher in Old Town, Maine. She was creative, intelligent, strong and could always find a special way to include all of the children. Dear Jordan we are thinking of you and hope you will be able to carry your mom's love and strength with you always. We are keeping you in our prayers.
