Dolores: Judy and I are thankful for the chance meeting and conversation with you and Dick at CCOM last month. It's hard to believe that was to be the last time I enjoyed a couple of chuckles with him. We first met at Webber's Rainbow Lake lodge in 1983, when he joined my father and me in a canoe, fishing in the rain on Doughnut Pond. He was a fine gentleman and always great company, both as teammate and opponent over the years of Twilight League competition at PVCC.
His upbeat, jovial presence will be missed by us all.

I doubt my entry here will lift any grief from this unexpected loss. My thoughts and prayers remain with you through this season. Please pardon our absence from services.

Lord Jesus, I know that You are close to those that are broken-hearted and grieving in their soul. I know You rescue those that are crushed in spirit. I ask that you draw near to Your many children who are facing times of sadness and loss and draw each one ever closer into Your precious arms of love and support. Amen

Dickie's passing was such a shock, but his positive influence on his family and friends will continue to be felt. The many years of friendship with my Dad and my Mom were most appreciated through the good and the challenging times. He has been an integral part of celebrations with Delores and his many friends at his home, which we were lucky enough to be included in. Dickie was a natural leader, a quiet and thoughtful observer, a person who was dedicated to his values, and an appreciator of humor. We surround his family in peace and hope that his memory will live on in the traditions he inspired.

Dolores - We are so sad to hear about Dickieā€¦ We are fortunate to have visited during many of the infamous Friday "Happy Hours" that my parents so often enjoyed at the gazebo! He was my dad's (Stan's) wingman in golf and coffee and everything else best friends do. Please know his light will be missed by us all!

Ashley, Candace, Dolores and family,
We are very saddened by Dick's passing. He was such a great guy. He always had a wave, a smile, or a helping hand for anyone. I will miss seeing his tractor going up and down the road, or along the edge of the woods. He will be greatly missed
