- Raymond Joseph Boulier of Corinth, Maine passed away unexpectedly in California on November 26, 2017 at the age of 65 due to a cardiac medical event.
Ray was a social man and enjoyed conversation immensely while being very well versed in many subjects. While he certainly had the "gift of gab", he was also a very good listener and truly cared about others.
For many years, Ray raised and trained Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes. He very much enjoyed his time in the outdoors with these animals and competed in sled dog racing with them. This also led to him raising hybrid wolves, which he had a very unique connection and bond with these beautiful animals. Ray was truly passionate about all types of wildlife.
His accomplished and amazing artistic talents allowed him to express himself through his beautiful charcoal and pastel drawings, photography, sculptors, and taxidermy. Ray loved his family very much and always enjoyed his time with everyone at camp, family gatherings, and holidays.
Ray is survived by his son Raymond, Jr and his wife Desiree of Bradford, ME, father, Joseph of Bangor, ME, brothers, James and his wife Brenda of Northport, ME, Gary and his wife Anne of Port Charlotte, FL, Donald and his wife Regina of Charleston, ME, Robert of Bangor, ME, Mark and his wife Tamara of Brewer, ME, and sister Barbara and her husband Kevin Weatherbee of Hermon, ME, Grampy Ray's special granddaughters, Madison, Sophie and Natalie, and his many nieces and nephews.
