- Pauline Megquier, 84, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017, at a Houlton long term care facility. She was born August 2, 1932, in Ludlow, the daughter of Walter Leroy and Helen Gertrude (Clark) Winship.
Pauline enjoyed crocheting, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. She also loved her church and church family, but the most important piece of her life was her family. She will be forever missed by her daughters; Jane Ellis and her husband Austin of Levant, Joan Rawson of Danforth, Susan Hayes and her husband Merle, a son Paul Megquier of Orient, four granddaughters, one grandson, two great-granddaughters, and four great-grandsons, as well as two sisters and a brother. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Stanley, and three sons; Stanley Jr., Clay, and Jeff.
Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m., Monday, May 15, 2017, at The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Houlton, with President Rod Peters officiating. A committal service will take place after the service at Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton. The family invites relatives and friends for a time of refreshment and fellowship following the interment at the church fellowship hall. Arrangements in care of Dunn Funeral Home.
