BANGOR - Pamela Anne (Mungo) Kniskern, 66, passed away May 29, 2016 after a long period of ill health. She was born in Erie, PA, June 17, 1949, the daughter of Andrew McIntyre Mungo and Mary Virginia Barratt.
Pamela grew up in Rochester, NY and lived in Atlanta, GA, South Florida and most recently Maine. Pam worked in the Yellow Pages industry for 25 years before caring for her mother and retiring.
She is survived by her son Jim (Lisa) and twin granddaughters Maggie and Lillie of Delray Beach, FL, sister Sheilah (Jensen) Bissell of Milo, Penny (John) Walls of Lamoine, Maine and nephews Peter (Vanessa) Bissell and son Felix of South Portland, Maine and Noah Bissell and Hester Merzi of Portland, Maine.
A memorial service will occur later in the year. Her signature laugh, glue gun techniques and ability to talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime about anything will be missed by all.
