My mother recently told me she felt she had had a very good life, a fact I debated until I looked through her address book and found the many friends she had made and decided she had the blessings of many extraordinary friends: Jean and Bud Truitt, Saing and Ray Hofmiester, Skipper and John Bertelson, Scova and Herb Jordan, William Lovelace, Betty Williams, Malcoln and Margot Beattie, Pat and Peter Curliss, Pam Sidoti, Deb Synder, and many many more. Louise was a great wife, mother, sister, and friend and set an example all her life of kindness and friendship laughter and love. She thoroughly enjoyed her garden riding her bike around the cape or in Florida by the beach reading and sewing teddy bears which many of you have. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to the Stockton Springs Library, 6 Station Street, Stockton Springs, ME 04981.
