Kathleen's Story

Text size

Howland - Kathleen M. (Davis) Terrio, 75, went to be with her Lord on Sept. 6, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Nov. 10, 1941, in Chester, the daughter of Perley and Olive (Ireland) Davis.
Kathleen held many jobs in her life including waitress, work at a shoe shop, and mill worker. The job she loved the most was being a CNA and caregiver.
She was a kind, loving person and family was very important to her. There was nothing she loved more than having her family around her. She loved Christmas and all the craziness of it because we were all there with her. She was the gatekeeper of our family and will be sorely missed by all.
She is survived by three daughters, Cindy Brown of Medford, Karen Dawson and Brian of Howland, and Jerri Terrio and Jim of Florida, as well as one son, Joseph Terrio of Passadunkeag; four beautiful granddaughters, Brandie Smith, Tiffany LeBrun, Brooke Dawson, Kirstie Trahan; ten great-grandchildren, Anaraivyn, Tierairis, Khelen, Julia, Tim, Zach, Reeghen, Graceann, Kennedy, and Kendrick; one brother, Freeman Davis of Chester, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Gerald (Popeye), and infant daughter Susan Olive, as well as five siblings.
At Kathleen's request, there will be no funeral service. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
