- Kathleen O'Hara was born on Dec. 31, 1948. She was "family famous" for her spaghetti and homemade meatballs, apple pies, and soft yummy chocolate chip cookies. She also loved to play golf, kayak, and make memories with family. She is predeceased by her husband Lou Hassis, two sons: Todd Allen Mower and Todd Christopher Mower, her parents Patricia and Wendell Wing, and her brothers, Harvey Wing and Mickey Wing. She is lovingly remembered by her sisters and their husbands, Jane Marley and Roger Carter, Penny and Barry Morrell. Also, by her daughter, Cynthia "Charlie" Quimby and husband Jim and her son Keith Mower, as well as, grandsons; Brandon Woodman and wife Brandi, Aaron Woodman and Tabitha, Ethan Woodman and wife Meagan, Sean Mower and wife Victoria, Dylan Mower and wife Picabo, and granddaughter, Sierra Byrne, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was employed at the Pilot's Grill and the Lucerne Inn as well as a Former President of WMSGA. She loved to play golf and to go kayaking! She especially enjoyed watching her grandsons play sports, and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her Celebration of Life will be held at The Millineum at 416 Oxbow Rd in Palmyra from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, June 3rd. In lieu of flowers, bring smiles and good stories.
