Friends may call 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, January 25, at Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls, with funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Sterling Lawrence officiating. Spring interment will be in the Island Falls Cemetery.

Sandra my Dear Friend I háček a Heavy Heart trying to write this to you! John was a great person, husband, father an friend to many. He was always suck a polite man an a smile akways on his face, so glad I got to see him BEFOR he passed to tell him I loved him an asked him for One More Smile which he gave me an. Loved you both! He was one of a kind man.

Sandra and Family so sorry to hear of your loss . John was a great kind and loving man. I have many memories I will always treasure with his family . Even being nicknamed Elmer Fudd when I was little and it still sticks today . And Terri and I riding over with him and Ray Townsend to get Nacie and the junior high kids going Double session in Island Falls . Those were the days . Our sister sends her condolences he will never be Forgotten .

Charlie & I send our deepest condolences to Sandra and family for your loss. Remember all the fun Uno games we had we had at Harris & Patti's when we lived in the neighborhood. I still don't know , to this day, who cheated the most!!!

John was a great and kind man. I remember him being my bus driver for many years when I was in elementary and middle school. You will be missed by many John. Rest in peace.
