- Janet G. Robinson, 76, died on January 8, 2018, at a Bangor hospital. She was born on June 22, 1941, in Troy, a daughter of Thomas and Thelma (Richardson) Condon. She graduated from Unifree High School in Unity and was employed for many years at Ski-Land Woolen Mill in Clinton and Guilford Industries in Newport.
She enjoyed fishing in her younger years and also liked Bingo and the Bangor Daily News crossword puzzles. She loved her grandchildren, especially "Gram's Babe".
Janet is survived by her son, Dale, and wife, Sandra Chamberlain, of Albion; two daughters, Raejean, and husband, Clarence Churchill, of Pittsfield, and Carol Chamberlain of Etna; three sisters, Ethel Chamberlain of Benton, Gladys Chase of Burnham, and Pearl and husband, Michael Butler, of Stratton; two grandchildren, Michael Chamberlain and Bailey Churchill; two great-grandchildren, Aiyla-Rae and Aiden Chamberlain.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lindley Robinson, and her brothers and sisters, Walter, Edith, Arthur, Paul, Carroll, Wilma, and Dell.
Graveside committal services will be held in the spring at Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Those who wish may leave written condolences at www.CrosbyNeal.com
