Hayden A. 'Buck' Stoddard

Greenfield Twp Hayden A. 'Buck' Stoddard Jr., 61, died unexpectedly on March 9, 2018. He was born on October 8, 1956, in Houlton, a son of Hayden A. Sr. and Myrt (Landry) Stoddard.
Buck enjoyed hunting, fishing, ice fishing, and being outdoors. He was a hardworking, honest man, who would help anyone in need. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and especially enjoyed spending time with his great-grandchildren. He was employed by Fernald Madden Trucking where he has worked for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Tina (Miles) Stoddard; daughter, Stacy Rivers and her husband, John, of Saco; two granddaughters, Ashley Stoddard and Amber Higgins-Stoddard; three great-grandchildren, Keenan, Bentley, and Aubree; his mother, Myrt Stoddard of Orono; siblings, Cynthia Smith and her husband, Phillip, of Greenbush, Wendell Stoddard and companion, Jean, of Argyle, Irene Wickett and her husband, Alan, of Old Town, Leslie Stoddard and companion, Bill Lenfest, of Orono; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, and brother, Dewayne Stoddard, Sr.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, 12, 2018, at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. Spring graveside services will be announced at Greenfield Cemetery, Crocker Turn Road.
