Bridie cared for Allen until it became impossible for her due to illness. He was their only child, and the love of their life.
Allen was predeceased by his Mom and Dad, as well as his grandparents.

When Allen could no longer stay at home he was moved to LaCadia group home in Van Buren, ME, where he made good friends and had wonderful, loving care.
After leaving this home and an extended stay in a Bangor hospital, Allen was moved to Danforth Habilitation in Danforth, ME. He had the most wonderful home, as well as wonderful loving caregivers. They were his family and he loved them all dearly. Thank you to all of Allen's extended family for your love and care.
A special Thank You to Allen's guardian, Mary Lowe, for all you did, and for allowing us to continue to be a big part of his life.
There will be no calling hours or funeral. There will be a graveside service at Fairmount Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017, for family and close friends with Pastor Darren Bonville officiating. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.duncan-graves.com
