BEALS - Esten "Teckey" Almon Drisko, 90, passed on peacefully at Sunrise Care Facility, in Jonesport, Maine, on February 25, 2015. Born on January 19, 1925, he was the son of the late Ellis Drisko, Sr. and Christiana Drisko. Teckey received his nickname because of his love for checkers ("teckers"), beginning as a young child.

He was an active member and deacon of the Lamb of God Church in Jonesport, Maine. He was a quiet, but strong man, whose generosity and compassion was displayed vividly through his bright blue eyes.

Teckey was predeceased by his wife of 25 years, Sylvia Drisko; a brother, Ellis Drisko, Jr.; a sister, Arlene Alley; and grandsons, Clayton Stoddard and Colby Drisko.  He is survived by his wife, Etta Drisko. They married on April 23, 1977.
