- Elmer 'Bud' Kitchen, formerly of Bangor, died Nov. 10, 2017 in Kerrville, Texas where he has resided for the past three years. He was born April 6, 1933 to Alice (Seymour) and Kenneth Kitchen.
He served in the Air Force and National Guard for 35 years. He retired in 1988. He lived in Sebring and Barefoot Bay, Florida, for many years. He was a member of Rising Virtue Lodge for 50 years and also an Anah Temple Shrine member.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years Jean Kitchen. Also his sister Bernice Whitley and brother Joseph Kitchen. He is also survived by his children, Rhonda Merrill, Jeffrey Kitchen and his wife Carla, Lawrence Kitchen and his wife Sandee and Lynn Henderson and her husband Charles. Also seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Wayne Kitchen.
Interment will be at a later date.
