Eldora loved taking in stray cats, looking for deals at yard sales, planting flowers in her garden, snipping pieces of plants that caught her interest from wherever they may be to transplant at home, and telling stories and jokes. Her most rewarding gift was being a grandmother.

Eldora is survived her brother Freeman F Dow and his wife Susan of Caribou; her four daughters and three son-in-laws, Bonnie and Galen Sanfacon of Caribou, Cindy and Keith Miller of Newburgh, Ellie and Troy Lagasse of Caribou, and Valarie Corriveau of Barre, VT; one son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Sheri Corriveau of Chelsea . Her three 3 great grandchildren, Emma Christi Makayla and Ethan Miller. Eldora had many nieces and nephews whom she loved very much and all could spin a wild tale or two about some of her antics.
