- Cynthia Ann Noyes, 59, passed away unexpectedly April 29, 2017, in Danforth. She was born December 2, 1957, in North Hampton, Mass., the daughter of George Bunker Sr. and Irene (Gamble) Bunker.
Cynthia loved kids, and was a dedicated teacher who taught students all over the state of Maine and abroad. She enjoyed traveling, being at the lake, making crafts and going to yard sales. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two children, Jamie Phelps and his wife, Becky, and Tara Smith and her husband, Aaron; three sisters, Gloria Rhoades, April Gross and Lorraine Kopec; eight grandchildren, Madison, Trevor, Brealynne, Kharlie, Hunter, Lainey, Leah and Trevor; and her beloved companion, Colby Noyes. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three siblings, George Bunker Jr., James Doughty and Janice Doughty.
There will be a celebration of life 1-4 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2017, at the Waterfront Event Center, Lincoln. Online condolences may be expressed at clayfuneralhome.com.
