WINTERPORT and OCALA, Fla. - Carl "Carly" Johnson, 59, passed away July 22, 2012, in Ocala, Fla. Carly was born June 10, 1953, in Bangor. He was a lifelong resident of Winterport and recently lived in Florida. Carly is survived by his mother, Beulah Frazier; two children, Shannon and Travis; two brothers, Larry Bowden and partner, Paula Trask, and Roger Johnson and wife, Vicki; three sisters, Sandra Espy and husband, Shorty, Alicia Sucharewicz and husband, Rick, and Pamela Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Carly was predeceased by his father, Roger Johnson Sr.; and his cousin and best friend, Tommy Johnson. Carly's family invites family and friends to join them at a celebration of Carly's life 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the home of his brother Roger, on Route 1A, Winterport. Donations will be accepted and appreciated to help with expenses.
