BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., and BREWER - Ann Kiah Tremble, 77, wife of Joseph H. Tremble, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012, in Bangor. She was born April 6, 1935, in Bangor, the daughter of Thora (Burnett) and John F. Kiah. She was a graduate of Brewer High School, class of 1953. She graduated from Eastern Maine General Hospital School of Nursing in 1956 and retired as a registered nurse from Eastern Maine Medical Center in 1988. She and her husband enjoyed many winters in Boynton Beach, Fla. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph H. Tremble; their four daughters, Jane and her husband, Burt Davis, Nancy and her husband, Curt MacDonald, Catherine Crockett, and Susan and her husband, Mike Mullen; a sister, Joan Abbott; 11 grandchildren, Joey, Meg, Danny and Reed Davis, Catherine and John MacDonald, Matt, Mike and Tim Crockett, and Lauren and Emily Mullen, all of whom will forever love and miss their Grammy. She adored her grandchildren, and loved to make special meals for them. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff and physicians at St. Joseph Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Services will be private.
