PRESQUE ISLE - Robert "Mitchell" Dow, 45, died unexpectedly Sept. 14, 2012, at his residence. He was born July 15, 1967, in Presque Isle, the son of Robert H. and Elaine J. (Dow) Littlefield.

He was a Presque Isle High School graduate, class of 1986. Mitchell worked for many years at MPG Truck & Tractor, and then owned and operated his own auto repair business, Autotech, Presque Isle.

He is survived by his father of Windham; his mother, Elaine Littlefield of Mapleton; a son, Hayden Mitchell Dow of Presque Isle; two sisters, Rachael Hope Dow and Dannah Roope; two brothers, Phillip and Andrew Roope; his maternal grandfather, Beryl Kenney of Presque Isle; his "wicked stepmother," Lisa Dow of Windham; aunts and uncles, Jerry and Jane Dow, Skip and Carole Neddeau, Rick and Vicky Porter, Ricky and Cookie Kenney; several cousins; his special friend, Wanda Stubbs; along with many other friends. "Mitchell" was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Donna (White) Kenney; his paternal grandparents, Byron and Madelene (Wilcox) Dow; and a brother, Barry B. Dow.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Larry Palmer officiating. Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery.
