FRENCHVILLE - Reginald Zet Dumais, 75, died peacefully May 18, 2012, surrounded by his family at a Fort Kent hospital. He was born Jan. 17, 1937, in Winterville, the son of George and Laura (Raymond) Dumais. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of American Legion Post No. 145, Frenchville, and the Snowmobile Club & ATV Club. He is survived by his former wife, Joan Babin; three sons, Brian of Fort Kent, Alan and Christina of Millinocket and Ricky of Augusta; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four brothers, O'Neil, Gerard and Romeo, all of Frenchville, and Roland of Presque Isle; two sisters, Mrs. Anita Bourgoin of Frenchville and Mrs. Regina Lagasse of Connecticut; several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 21, and 8:30-9:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Michaud Funeral Home, Frenchville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luce Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Luce Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to www.michaudfuneralhomes.com.
