SAN ANTONIO and MARS HILL - Ola Sonja Wise passed away May 14, 2012, in San Antonio. She was born Feb. 25, 1933, in Mars Hill, to Adonis and Eleanor (Kinney) Cheney. Ola loved her work and traveling in their RV. She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Jacqueline Archdeacon; and brother-in-law, Bob Mahan. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Paul; children, Michael Wise and Eva, Sonia Decker and Duck, Linda Behrens and Martin, and Marty Wise and Sylvia; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Mahan; a nephew and several nieces. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
