STETSON - Big Norman went to receive his perfect body, Friday, Aug. 10, 2012. Born March 4, 1944, in Bangor, to Frankie and Gladys (Downes) Babcock.

Norman loved Elvis, the 3 Stooges, holidays, his many camping friends at Elsmores Landing, campfire music, and the circus with niece, Cori and Steve, the Stetson Stubs, Bobby, Jamie, JR and Norman. Each day he looked forward to niece, Bethany coming over with his best friends, great nieces, Jewel and Jaden.

He is survived by two brothers, John and wife, Julie, of Stetson, and Francis of Bangor; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and brother, Robert.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at Mount Hope Cemetery. A gathering will be held at the home of John and Julie Babcock after the service. www.memorial-alternatives.com
