BRADLEY - Mary Elaine (Boyle) Robertson, 72, passed away Feb. 14, 2013, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born June 29, 1940, in Orono, the daughter of Earle and Nina (Bissell) Boyle.

Mary attended Old Town High School. She enjoyed her flowers and flower gardens. Mary was a very outdoors person and she liked to travel. She always enjoyed spending summers at Chemo Pond with her grandchildren. Mary was a very caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother, and she also helped other children get a start in life.

Mary is survived by her children, Kenneth Robertson of Eddington, Dale Robertson and his fiancée, Helen Farnsworth, of Bradley, GailMarie Poitras and her husband, Ricky, of Eddington, Arnold Robertson of Eddington, William Johnson and his wife, Kim, of Connecticut and Janice Logan of Clifton; grandchildren, Chelsea, Brianne, Tyler, Nicole, Jennifer, William, Jessica, Justin, Christian, Ashlei and Amanda; great-grandchild, Elizabeth; brother, Philip McKay; sisters, Bernice Libby and Annie Wood; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Arnold Kenneth Robertson; brothers, Stanley Boyle, Martin Boyle, Don Boyle and Billy Boyle; sister, Betty Grant; and stepbrother, Gilbert McKay. The family expresses their thank you for the loving care provided to Mary by her best friend and companion, Calvin Robertson; special friend, Pat Robertson; and Hospice of Eastern Maine.
