CARIBOU - Marjorie O. Bell, 85, wife of the late William Bell, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Dec. 29, 2012, in Caribou, after a long illness. She was born June 18, 1927, in Mars Hill, the daughter of the late Allen and Mae (Hatfield) Bell.

Mrs. Bell was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the outdoors and will be fondly remembered for her passion for fishing.

She is survived by her daughters, Tonya Ossenfort and her husband, Bill, of Caribou, Debra Bell of Eden, Md., and Kim Bell of Easton; one brother, the Rev. Clifford "Mike" Bell of Charleston; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bell was predeceased by her husband in 1989; and a son, Daniel, in 2010.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, from the chapel of Mockler Funeral Home with Mrs. Bell's nephew, the Rev. Jeff Bell, officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
