BANGOR - Lois F. Ham, 78, died March 10, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Nov. 3, 1934, in Framingham, Mass., the daughter of Carl and Marion Flood.

Lois graduated from Framingham High School and the University of Maine, Orono. She taught for some time at Bangor Jewish Community Center and later was a kindergarten teacher in the Bangor public school system. She lived in Bangor for most of her adult life and had many friends.

She is survived by her husband Marion "Bud" A. Ham Jr. of Bangor; and three children, Bonnie Jo Sawyer and Charlie, Gayle Day and Willie of Florida and Marion "Marty" A. Ham III and Barbara of Hawaii. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Casey Jo Sawyer of Florida, Eric Trobeck and Marion "Ian" A. Ham IV of Hawaii.

In accordance with Lois' wishes, there will not be any public services.
