EAST MILLINOCKET - Hubert L. Page, 79, passed away peacefully Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, surrounded by his loving family at Millinocket Regional Hospital. Hubert was born May 31, 1933, in Limestone, son of Joseph D Sr. and Eva M.(Rioux) Page.

Hubert served four years in the Air Force as a mechanic during the Korean War. When he returned home he met the love of his life Betty (Stevens) Page. He was employed by Great Northern Paper Co., East Millinocket, for 38 years as a pipefitter, retiring Feb. 1,1987. During his years of retirement, Hubert continued to be a very hard worker and always stayed busy. He loved spending time at Cedar Lake, taking rides in the woods, tinkering in his garage and spending time with his family. Hubert and Betty celebrated 54 years of marriage before her passing Aug. 5, 2012.

Hubert is survived by four loving daughters, Pam Ethier and partner, Michael Moore, of Millinocket, Robin Weymouth and husband, Mark, of East Millinocket, Dawn McIntyre and husband, Bob, of Lincoln, and Jamie Nightingale of Millinocket; seven grandchildren, Ryan and Angela Porter, Shannon and Scott Robichaud, Rihana and Ryan McGowan, Craig and Jesse McIntyre, Ashlie Ferguson, Kristin McIntyre and Misty Nightingale; four great-grandchildren, Brayden

and Aria Porter, and Grant and Reed McIntyre. Hubert is also survived by his siblings, Jackie Maillet, Joseph and Eunice Page, Edward and Cecile Page, Regis and Inez Page, James and Kathy Page, Philippe and Carol Page; loving cat, Kitty Kat; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and loving wife, Betty, he was predeceased by his siblings, Raymond, Gerald, Wayne, Eva and Donald; and special son-in-law, Mike Ethier.
