FALL RIVER, Mass. - Edward D. Anderson, 87, formerly of Newington, Conn., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Adam's House, Fall River, Mass. He was the husband of the late Stella E. Anderson. He was born in Westbrook, son of David S. and Sadie (Grapham) Anderson.

Mr. Anderson was a graduate of the University of Maine and was employed as a nurseryman until his retirement. He was known as an expert arborist. Edward served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his two daughters, Debra A. Felder and husband, Lloyd, and Pamela A. Williams and husband, Scott, all of Dartmouth, Mass.; three grandchildren, Laura and Daniel Felder, and Lia Williams; brother, Donald Anderson and wife, Winnie, of Mars Hill; many nieces and nephews. He was brother of the late Dorothy Lawrence and Wesley Anderson.
