PATTEN - David W. McGraw, 71, went to be with his Lord April 11, 2013, in Bangor. He was born Aug. 5, 1941, in Patten, the son of Howard and Thelma (Nason) McGraw. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Gayna (Cole) McGraw; five children, David McGraw Jr. of Vassalboro, Beth Somers, Kevin McGraw, Karen McGraw and Tracy Foster, all of Patten; 14 grandchildren, Krista, Josh, Mook, Wyatt, Josh, Dylan, Takoda, David III, Marissa, Devin, Eryca, Bradley, Shayla and Bryanna; five great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Savannah, Chase, Hayden and Caiden; siblings, Judy Sherman and Donald McGraw, both of Patten; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and his first wife, Linda (Anderson) McGraw.
Friends may call noon-1 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Stetson Memorial United Methodist Church, where a funeral service will begin 1 p.m. with the Rev. Frank Randall officiating. Interment will be at Crystal Cemetery. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.
