PRESQUE ISLE - David T. Kemper, 68, formerly of Texas and Washington state, passed away Wednesday morning, March 27, 2013, at Aroostook Health Center, Mars Hill. He was born July 21, 1944, in Denver, a son of Leroy H. and Florence (Sweet) Kemper.

David worked as a printer. He owned and operated a print shop in Arlington, Texas, and worked 15 years at Shields Printing, Washington state, before moving to Maine in 2001. David worked at Presque Isle Post Office doing janitorial work, 2002-2006.
He is survived by his wife, Delores (Conant) Kemper of Presque Isle; two daughters, Jamie Kemper of Presque Isle and Timmie Green of Waxahachie, Texas; two sons, David Jr. of Texas and Nolan of Oklahoma; stepson, Michael Norbeck of Presque Isle; brother, Leroy Kemper of Irving, Texas; three sisters, Ann Cowen of Mansfield, Texas, Arlene Willet of Troy, Texas, and Nadine Burian of Vona, Colo.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of the service 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. George McLaughlin officiating.
