PLYMOUTH - Beverly A. Cochran Brady, 71, died peacefully July 10, 2013, at her home after a long illness. She was born Dec. 1, 1941, in Presque Isle, daughter of Lewis and Beatrice (Butterfield) McBreairty.

Beverly was employed as a hand sewer at local shoe shops for many years. She was also a homemaker and mother and always wanted the best for her children.
Beverly was married to James Brady who predeceased her Nov. 3, 2006. She is survived by two sons, Bryan E. Cochran and wife, Donna, of Corinna and Brent E. Cochran of Newport; three daughters, Bonnie and husband, David Godfrey, of Plymouth, Betsy A. Bowers of Waterville and Brenna A. Cochran of St. Albans; special son-in-law, Danny Hyson Sr.; brother, Reginald McBreairty of Indiana; sister, Birdina Cochran of Perham; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by three children, Bruce and Becky Cochran and Bethie "Sam" (Cochran) Hyson; grandson, Brent Cochran Jr.; and the father of her children, Byron Cochran.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, July 15, at Riverside Cemetery, Newport, with Chaplain Tim Curtis officiating.
