LINCOLN - Arlene S. Tomilson, 91, wife of the late A. Earl Tomilson, passed away June 28, 2012, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1921, in Linneus, the daughter of Leroy and Emma (McQuarrie) Sharp. She was a beloved mother and really enjoyed her grandchildren. She enjoyed golfing, going for rides and her daily walks. She is survived by three children, Robert Tomilson, Brian Tomilson and his wife, Janet, all of Lincoln, and Joan Crocker of Gray; five grandchildren, Rob and his wife, Dena Tomilson, Lisa Tomilson, Sandi Dwyer and her husband, Shannon, Brian L. Tomilson and Lindsay Tomilson; seven great-grandchildren, Abigail, Emma, Spencer and Zacharee Tomilson, Whitney and Lilly Dwyer, and Dominic Smart; a sister, Pauline Warman; two sisters-in-law, Doreen Bernier and Patricia Crawford and her husband, Carl; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by a granddaughter, Stacee Arlene Tomilson; a son-in-law, Roger Crocker; and a brother, Kenneth Sharp. Friends may call 1:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where a funeral service will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Jason Johnstone officiating.
