HAMPDEN - Louise Morgan, 75, died December 21, 2013 at a Bangor hospital. She was born Jan. 21, 1938 in Pembroke daughter of Thomas W. and Margaret Ellen (Garland) Morgan.

Louise was a graduate of Pembroke High School, Husson College, and continued her education with the National Trust School at Northwestern University; the Pacific Coast Banking School at Washington State, and various other banking schools. She served in the Trust Department at Merchants National Bank of Bangor as Vice President and Trust Officer; Bank of American as Vice President and Trust Officer; and Manager of the Union Bank of California for a total of 45 years in trust services in banking. In 1986 Louise married Wayne E. Treagy in San Diego, CA, moving to Hampden in 2002.
Louise is survived by her husband, Wayne Treagy and a step-son, Christopher Treagy, both of Hampden, a sister, Rita Morrison and her husband Maynard of Perry, a brother, Frank Morgan and his wife, Judith of Brewer, Sister-in-Law, Jane Morgan of Pembroke, nieces, nephews, and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, William and Delman.
A graveside service will be held in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Pembroke, at a date and time to be announced in the spring.
