BRUNSWICK - Andrew P. Cooper, 64, of Lisbon Falls, died in Brunswick on Dec. 12, 2013 after a brief illness. He was born on Dec. 20, 1948 in Auburn to parents Robert and May (Williams) Cooper.

Andrew graduated from Edward Little H.S. and UMO's Forestry and Dairy Husbandry Programs. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Andrew worked for Realty Resources for many years. He was 1st selectman for the town of LaGrange and served the Seventh-Day Adventist Church as head elder, deacon and Bible teacher. Andrew will be remembered for his meticulous craftsmanship, his thrifty gardens, and especially for his deep love of family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; his three children, Leisa Maxwell, Greg Arsenault, and Kristen Gaughan; brothers, David and Eddie Cooper; sister, Christina Gauthier; five grandchildren; his mother; and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Andrew was predeceased by his father, and his brother, Alphonse.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at the Brunswick Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
